Where is my tracking number?

It is sent by email once the parcel ships. Tracking may take a few hours to update after the first email.

The order number confirms your purchase, but it cannot locate the parcel by itself. If you have no shipping email yet, keep an eye on your inbox.

Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days. The tracking email shows the parcel link once the order ships.

If the tracking number has not updated after a few days, send your order number and email used at checkout.
